WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?

YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED! ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE EMAIL, PLEASE WAIT 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS IN ORDER FOR THE PACKAGE LOCATION TO UPDATE IF YOU DO NOT SEE IT RIGHT AWAY!

MY ORDER TRACKING HAS BEEN STUCK/MY PACKAGE IS LOST. WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

ONCE WE SHIP OUT YOUR ORDER, WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO HELP WITH YOUR LOST PACKAGE! PLEASE REACH OUT TO YOUR LOCAL USPS, FEDEX, ETC.  FOR MORE INFORMATION ON YOUR PACKAGES LOCATION.

CAN I CANCEL/RETURN MY ORDER?

UNFORTUNATELY, BECAUSE WE HAVE LIMITED INVENTORY, WE ARE UNABLE TO ALLOW ORDERS TO BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED. WE HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND, AND WE ARE SO APPRECIATIVE FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE REACH OUT TO HIGHWAYAVE@GMAIL.COM WITH A DESCRIPTION AND PICTURES YOU TAKE OF THE DAMAGED ITEM.  FROM THERE WE WILL EVALUATE THE DAMAGE AND MAKE SURE EVERY THING IS TAKEN CARE OF!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS?

IF YOUR ORDER WAS RETURNED BACK TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, OR IF YOUR ORDER REQUIRES A NEW ADDRESS, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED FOR YOUR ORDER MINUS THE COST OF SHIPPING AND A $5 SERVICE FEE. THE REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AS A GIFT CARD.
