Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Kindly note that our establishment specializes in vintage and Y2K clothing, exclusively offering secondhand items that exhibit customary signs of wear and tear. It is important to acknowledge that while our collection may showcase the charm of previous ownership, any significant imperfections, such as stains, holes, or rips, will be explicitly disclosed in the product description alongside accompanying photographs. In the rare event that you receive an item with an undisclosed flaw, we kindly request you to provide us with photographs of the item for our prompt assessment, after which we will take immediate action to rectify the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive the news about your refund request we will deliberate and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please be sure to check the measurements of items before purchase as we do not do refunds for sizing mistakes on the customers end.
